Schedule Color Coding/Labeling

Be able to color code or label schedule items to indicate whether a subcontractor/vendor has confirmed the date of delivery/installation/work to be performed.
 

Red - Vendor/Subcontractor has not been contacted

Yellow - Vendor/Subcontractor contacted, but not yet confirmed date

Green - Vendor/Subcontractor has confirmed a delivery/installation date.
 

Also - put logic in place so if a schedule item is moved, any successors that are linked to that item and are affected by the date change have color coding to remind project manager to contact them and confirm a new date.
