New Feature

We’ve added a new granular permission called β€œShow item cost” within the Users and Roles settings.

Admins can now toggle this setting to show or hide the "Amount" field on selection items.

This update allows for better privacy management and customized views across different user roles.

New Feature

Collaboration is now available at the item level for all Selections.

Users can now post comments, ask questions, and share updates within the specific selection item's activity feed.

To keep everyone in the loop, these item-level interactions are automatically referenced in the main project activity feed, providing a unified view of project progress.

New Feature

We’ve introduced a powerful new way to collaborate on your project timelines. You can now start discussions directly within a Schedule Item.

This update includes a new dual-column "Edit Item" modal where you can manage task details on the left and participate in a dedicated activity feed on the right.

Any new posts or comments made within an item will also be referenced in the main project feed for full visibility.

Hashtag References are now available right in your Activity Feed!

We’ve added the ability to reference specific project items directly in your project posts and comments.

By using the # symbol, you can search for and link to any schedule item, selection item, or uploaded file.

These links are highlighted in blue and provide a direct shortcut to the referenced item, making communication faster and more precise.

Improvement

We have unified the communication experience by bringing the standard Activity Sidebar into the Selections module.

Previously, communication about selections often had to happen in the main feed or via phone or email; now, the Activity Feed sidebar is available directly alongside your Selections list.

This allows for item-specific discussions (e.g., tagging a designer on a specific fixture) and provides a transparent history of approvals and changes right where the decisions are being made.

Additionally, we have improved the usability of the Selections Library grid. Users can now click on column headers, including Name, Category, Status, and Due Date, to instantly sort the list.

This makes it significantly faster to group items by category or identify which decisions are holding up the schedule. New Feature

We have introduced a dedicated Calendar Overlay Schedule view to give high-level managers better visibility across the entire company portfolio.

Accessible via the new calendar icon in the top navigation bar, this view operates independently of individual project schedules.

When activated, this view opens a master calendar accompanied by a new Project Sidebar on the right-hand side. This sidebar allows you to toggle visibility for specific active projects, overlaying their timelines onto a single grid.

This is designed specifically to help you visualize resource allocation and identify where trade partners might be over-extended across multiple job sites.

New Feature

The File Cabinet has been upgraded to support real-time collaboration directly within the file previewer!

When opening any document β€” whether it's a PDF plan or a spec sheet β€” users will now see a collapsible Discussion Sidebar to the right of the file.

This sidebar functions as a dedicated communication thread for that specific document.
You can mention team members, ask for clarifications, and reply to comments without leaving the viewer.

Crucially, this integrates with the main dashboard: any comment made inside a file automatically generates a post on the main Activity Feed. Clicking that feed post acts as a link, immediately reopening the file modal so that you and your users can see the file that is being discussed.
