Option to stop the message window from opening automatically when inBuild loads

Description:

A dialogue box opens by itself every time inBuild is opened, apparently because someone sent a message. For people who are in the middle of work (month end, in this case), it gets in the way, and there's no way to control when it appears.

What would help:

1. A setting (per user) to turn off the automatic pop-up, so the message window only opens when the user chooses to open it.

2. If there's a new message, show a small indicator, such as a badge or a dot, instead of opening the window, so nothing is missed.

Why it matters: Users want to decide when to read messages. An automatic pop-up on every login interrupts work, especially during busy periods.
