Inbox sorting - ability to sort the inbox by "Date"

Allure Homes NC has requested a date sorting option for the invoice inbox in the V2 product. Mike Mizell reported that he prefers to view his oldest invoices first, but the current inbox layout requires him to scroll to the bottom of the list to find them, as no date-based sort is available at this stage.

Current Behavior:

Within the V2 inbox, users can currently sort invoices by project, vendor, and file name. No option exists to sort by date. Date sorting is only available downstream, in the Accounts Payable system, once invoices have already left the inbox.

Requested Enhancement:

Add a date sorting option to the invoice inbox in V2, alongside the existing project, vendor, and file name filters. This would allow users like Mike to prioritize.
