Assign tasks

Need ability to assign tasks to individuals or companies, and then ideally have that trigger some sort of communication with them
 

For example - Task is "Install Drywall". We would want to be able to assign that to the drywall contractor that was awarded the work for that project. We work with at least 3-4 different subs across our business, and it's hard to always remember which sub was awarded the work for each job, and we currently utilize the scheduling (in addition to purchase orders) to assign the proper trade partner that is involved in that project. Next step would be able to have their contact info and be able to have the scheduling platform automatically send them schedule changes, etc.
