Add Custom Fields to Selections for Enhanced Item & Logistics Tracking

Enhance the Selections area by allowing users to add custom columns. This would provide a comprehensive, filterable, at-a-glance view of every item's status from sourcing through to final installation.

Specific Field Requests: The user has requested the ability to add the following columns with specific field types:

  1. Status (Text or Dropdown Field): To track the procurement/installation stage.

    • Examples: Sourcing, Quoting, Client Review, Approved, On Order, Shipped, Received, Installation Complete.

  2. Purchaser/Organizer (Dropdown Field): To assign responsibility for ordering.

    • Examples: Owner, Contractor, Trade Partner, Other, N/A.

  3. Order Date (Date Field): To record when the item was ordered.

  4. Expected Delivery Date (Date Field): To track anticipated arrival.

  5. Delivery Date (Date Field): To confirm the actual arrival date.

  6. Delivery Location (Text or Dropdown Field): To track where items are being stored.

    • Examples: Warehouse, Storage Unit, Client Garage, Project Location.

  7. Installation by (Dropdown Field): To assign installation responsibility.

    • Examples: Owner, Contractor, Trade Partner, Other, N/A.
