New Feature

📝 Introducing Draft Posts: Craft Your Project Updates Anytime, Anywhere!

We're excited to roll out a fantastic new addition to your BuilderPad toolkit:
The Draft Post Feature! Designed to give you more flexibility and control when communicating project updates, this feature ensures you can capture your thoughts whenever inspiration strikes and perfect them when you're ready.

If you've ever started composing a post for your project feed only to be pulled away, you'll appreciate the convenience this brings. No more lost ideas or rushed updates.

Here’s what the new Draft Post feature allows you to do:

  • Start Now, Perfect Later: Begin writing a post for any of your project feeds, whether it’s a quick update, a detailed report, or sharing new photos. Save it as a draft with a single tap and come back to it whenever you want to change it, or plan to post it.

  • Seamless Sync Across Devices: Your creativity shouldn't be tied to one device. Your drafts automatically sync between BuilderPad on your web browser and your mobile app. Start a post on your desktop and finish it on your phone while on-site, or vice-versa!

  • Organize Your Communications: Easily manage all your pending updates. Your saved drafts are kept in a dedicated Draft Posts section, allowing you to plan, review, and schedule your communications effectively.

This new Draft Post capability is a powerful addition to your existing tools for posting to project feeds. It's all about making your communication workflow smoother and more efficient.

To create a Draft, in your browser app version, after adding the content, if you leave to any other page or refresh your page, the message will automatically be saved as a draft, which you can later choose to Complete or Delete.

On a mobile app, you’ll have the ability to save the draft if you choose to exit out of the post you are currently typing out, or adding images to.

This feature will be invaluable in helping you maintain clear and consistent communication on all your projects. Head over to your project feed area to explore the new Draft option for your Posts and experience a more flexible way to keep everyone in the loop!
