This feature gives you the ability to receive an automatic push notification directly to your mobile device the moment someone arrives at a project location. Stay informed in real-time and gain a clearer picture of daily job site activity.

Key Features of On-site Alerts:

• Instant Push Notifications: Receive a timely alert that will include the following details

  [Firstname] [Lastname] just arrived at [Project Name] job site.

  All that's required is for the user to have the BuilderPad mobile app installed with location services always enabled for their BuilderPad app.

• Smart, Clutter-Free Alerts: To ensure you only get relevant information, notifications are intelligently limited to once per user, per day. No more notification spam, even if someone comes and goes multiple times.

• Advanced Role-Based Controls: We’ve given administrators granular control over who receives these alerts. In your Account Settings under Users & Roles, you can now configure which roles get notified when users from other specific roles arrive on-site. For example, Admins can choose to only receive alerts when an 'Employee' arrives, while keeping other movements private.

• Default Settings for Admins: To get you started, the 'Admin' role is enabled by default to receive alerts for employee arrivals. All other roles have this feature turned off initially, so you can customize it to fit your company’s workflow.

This feature not only enhances daily communication but also lays the groundwork for future on-site logging and reporting capabilities.
